This feature helps manage campaigns by tracking ongoing ones and forecasting upcoming ones. Campaign Management is split into Ongoing and Upcoming sections.
Ongoing
The Ongoing section is designed to monitor campaigns that are currently active.
Create an Ongoing Campaign
In the bottom left corner, there’s a “Create a Campaign” button—just click it to start setting up your campaign. You’ll see 3 steps to complete the campaign setup: Information, Media Platform, and Confirmation.
In the Information section, you can enter the campaign name, project timeline (start and end dates), related image/banner, and campaign description.
In the Media Platform section, you need to specify which platforms the campaign will run on, such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. For Instagram, you can choose between Reels or Feed.
Bulk Entry Option
After that, enter the username/creator name, content URL, and collaboration price. For the Media Platform section, there are two options: single upload, which allows a maximum of 10 content links, and bulk upload, where you can download our template, fill it out, and upload an unlimited number of links.
Please note that creating a campaign will consume 1 CREDIT per content link. Once you’ve confirmed and uploaded, your campaign will be successfully created!
The campaign you created will appear in the Campaign List tab.
Recap Campaign Result
In the dashboard for the Ongoing feature, you’ll see data on metrics, performance, and a list of your campaigns. By default, the data is displayed as a helicopter view of the ongoing campaigns.
In the first row, you’ll see the total metrics for all campaigns, including engagement rate, CPV cost, CPE, total engagement, views, likes, and more.
Additionally, a campaign list is provided, showing the campaign image and the total number of influencers used.
In the top left, you can filter by time period and the campaigns you’ve input. This allows you to view performance metrics either overall, by specific campaign, or by time period.
If you want to import the performance report of an ongoing campaign, you can click on the far right of the campaign list title. You can also import a specific campaign and adjust the desired time period. Downloading the data here will not consume any credits. The data will be in .xlsx (Excel) format.
If you choose Edit Campaign, you can make basic edits to the campaign, such as the Campaign Name, Project Timeline, Campaign Description, and the collaboration price with the creator.
If you click View Detail for a campaign, it will display the performance data of that campaign. For each campaign, you’ll also see an overview of the metrics, such as the number of posts, total views, engagement, and more, from that creator’s account. Additionally, there’s a Creator List subpage, which breaks down performance individually by creator.
You can customize by adding new creators in the same way as you did when creating the initial campaign—just enter the username, link, content, and collaboration price with the influencers. You can add creators manually (up to 10) or in bulk using the provided template.
You can also import performance data both overall and daily from the creators participating in the related campaign.
You can also retrieve the latest performance data for all content uploaded by creators, which will consume 1 credit.
For each creator, you can view detailed data, including overall performance, daily performance, and data per platform and channel (such as Instagram Reels and Feed). The data for each influencer can also be downloaded as a .xlsx (Excel) file without consuming any credits.
You can also retrieve the latest data for each influencer, which will consume 1 credit.
Upcoming
To predict the performance of campaigns that will run, the platform provides realistic calculations. This feature is used to create campaign lists and set appropriate KPI for each influencer.
Create an Upcoming Campaign
In the dashboard for the upcoming feature, you will see data about Campaign Name, Status, Budget Allocated, POT CPV, POT CPE, POT Views and Actions.
To create a campaign, you just need to click Create Campaign, then enter the Campaign Name, Choose a Project Timeline and Insert Campaign Image/Banner.
In the Invite Creator section, you need to specify which platforms the campaign will run on, such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

Recap Upcoming Results
The forecast configuration offers two options: Median and Average. Using the median usually gives more realistic results, once calculated the numbers will automatically update. You can also choose a Scenarios based on the Pessimistic, Realistic or Optimistic options and after selecting you can directly click Calculate to get the results. And of course it will cost you 1 Credit.
After that, the results will immediately appear in the Campaign Overview, displaying data from the creators you have previously selected.
And you can also see the Details of the Creator Tier metrics, Platform Analysis and Creator Performance Breakdown.
Creators will be automatically grouped by tier, so you can see the number of creators in each tier. Comparisons can be made, for example, between Nano and Macro creator, noting that the number of views in the Nano category can be higher than Macro.
Also, per platform, you can see that content performance, for example on TikTok, is often higher than on Instagram.
This data can be sorted by highest views for easier analysis. You can sort by the list based on your campaign objective!
In the Creator List, you can see the Potential/Target and Performance of the creator you want. You can also directly see the content results through the link you entered earlier.
If you want to use the creator with the highest number of views, you can Filter and select the creator with the highest number of views, then click Apply. The other creators will be automatically removed from the list.
