User Guide Manual

This feature is a subset of the Campaign Management feature, designed to provide a helicopter view of your ongoing campaigns from your brand or account. It is divided into two sections: Brand Performance Analytics and Creator Performance Analytics.

How to check campaign performance with Brand Analytics

In the Brand Performance section, the dashboard will by default show an overview of the total campaigns, including metrics such as total spending, total creators used, total views, CPV, and more.

This data can also be downloaded in .xlsx (Excel) format without consuming any credits.

Additionally, there is the Overview Campaign, which displays performance data in the Campaign Breakdown. You can also filter and sort the data, arranging it from highest to lowest based on metrics like spending, creators used, and views.

Additionally, data is presented by influencer tier for your campaigns, including Micro, Mid-tier, Macro, and Mega. The performance for each tier is shown separately.

Beside influencer data, performance data is also presented by its platform analysis. For example, on Instagram, you’ll see the total number of creators, spending, CPV, CPE, and more. The same data is provided for other platforms like TikTok and YouTube.

That’s the default setting, but you can also adjust the performance data. In the top right corner, you can customize the view based on a specific time period or campaign of your choice.

Beside that, through Brand Analytics, you can adjust or monitor an ongoing campaign. Simply click on a campaign in the far-right column under “Action.” This will show the detailed performance of the campaign, including options to add new creators, download data, and review the latest data.

In Creator Performance, you can view the performance from the perspective of the List of Creators in more detail.

The dashboard displays a list of creators in the ongoing campaign, along with their tier type and performance data.

The dashboard view can also be adjusted with filters based on Creator Tier. You can sort the data from highest to lowest by metrics like Cost, Views, Likes, Comments, and Shares.

You can also explore the data by downloading the file in .xlsx (Excel) format by clicking Download Data.

That is the default setting, but you can also adjust the performance data. In the top-right corner, you can customize the view based on a specific time period and campaign of your choice.

Additionally, through Creator Performance, you can view detailed performance by clicking on a creator in the far-right column under “Action.” This will show the campaign performance in detail, including the list of platforms they are active on, content performance, the latest updates, and more.
